ENGAGE YOUR HANDS PROFITABLY.

By Pastor Ayodeji Agbelusi

Memorise: And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; 1 Thessalonians 4:11 KJV

Read: 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

If you really want to enjoy the great benefits of the earth and to be enriched in all it goodness, you’ll need to get ready to work and lay your hands on the deck. There will never be food for a lazy man. Such people will end as beggars on the earth if they fail to act wisely. The counsel of the Lord for you is to engage your hands and minds profitably so as to fulfil His counsel for your destiny.

Remember He says in Zechariah 8:13, And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong. This means you need to strengthen your hands to work and to contend in battles towards the delivery of your desired results. Understand divine counsel in utilizing your time wisely. No one will do for you what you are expected to do for yourself. You can only write examinations yourself, your parents can’t help you. You’ll need to lift your voice and pray, who will help you in that regard eternally? Divine help is constant but how shall we go when you are not ready to help yourself. Arise at once beloved, rebuke laziness and get yourself prepared for a better life by engaging your brain and hands in profitable ventures. You can’t continue to murmur forever when God is set to give you open doors with pleasant surprises. I pray for you today, the Lord Almighty will bless whatsoever you are determined to touch going forward in Jesus’ mighty name. You will never be called poor.

Reflections: What are you doing with your life? Are you investing it or wasting time in fruitless complaints? Wake up and act fast!
